Replacement files are only available through direct order via this form, email, or phone. Also, replacement file are only sold to cutomers confirmed for having bought the specific Fret Maestro matching the replacement and/or Optional add on file radius. For Example, a customer confirmed for a 12" radius FretMaestro cannot order a 16" file, only the 12". We do not sell files independent of a FretMaestro purchase, not now, not ever, no exceptions.
WARRANTY: We will and do exchange verifiable manufacturer defects per our evaluation and sole discretion within 30 days of purchase shipping date. We do not warranty clogged files. We do not accept claims of missing parts because we know we do not ship with missing parts.

Our pricing is based upon us not having to deal with those that do not follow instructions and who abuse tools. We know that most other companies charge higher prices because of these people, which is the same as penalizing good customers with higher prices to pay for the not good customers. We do not do this, instead we alientate undesireable customers from the start to keep our prices fair for good customers.
