- We replace/exchange at no charge for any functional issue. We may exchange all or part of the product. Requires a phone call for us to understand the situation. (323)428-2479
- We are never responsible for clogged files.
- We are never responsible for Savaged Files: caused by improperly filing stainless steel frets.
- We are never responsible for any improper use.
- Customer Support: We are always here for you.
- Returns are charged a 35% restocking fee.
- Exchanges: You ordered the wrong Radius by mistake. It happens. We accept exchange, we ship the exchange upon confirming that the returned Maestro is not used. If it has been used and shows that wear, we will not authorize the exchange. We can ship it back at your expense for the cost of shipping, or you can opt for a Return and partial refund. Or, we discuss it and find option 3.
